To ensure the highest quality of pigments and precision in our custom drafting, all CLYVIE MUSE kits are meticulously prepared and dispatched from our specialized fulfillment centers in China. This allows us to offer the widest range of designs and bespoke portrait services to our global community.
2. Delivery Timelines
We strive to bring art to your doorstep as swiftly as possible:
- Order Processing: 1-3 business days (Custom Paint by numbers may require an additional 2 days for artistic drafting).
- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days once dispatched.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your ritual begins its journey. You can track it on our Order Tracking page.
3. VAT & The €150 Threshold (EU & Ireland)
As an Irish-registered company (CLYVIEMUSE LTD), we strictly follow EU tax regulations to ensure a smooth delivery experience:
- Orders Under €150: We collect Import VAT at checkout via the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme. Your parcel will typically pass through customs without additional tax charges upon arrival.
- Orders Over €150: For high-value orders, the customer is the importer of record. You will be responsible for any local import VAT and customs duties collected by the carrier (e.g., An Post, DHL) before delivery.
Artist’s Tip: If your order slightly exceeds €150, consider using our loyalty codes (e.g., MUSE-SAVE) to bring the total below the threshold and avoid customs delays.
4. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your kit arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at service@clyviemuse.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a priority replacement to ensure your creative ritual is not interrupted.
