1. Our Artistic Commitment
At CLYVIEMUSE LTD (trading as “CLYVIE MUSE”), we strive for artistic perfection. Each kit is a ritual of creation, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.
2. Personalized & Custom Goods (Non-Refundable)
Please note that our Custom Portraits and any personalized paint-by-numbers kits are created specifically for you. Under European Union Consumer Law, the 14-day “cooling off” period does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Custom Products: These cannot be returned or refunded once the artistic drafting process has begun (6 hours after order placement), unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Commercial Use & Licensing
Please be advised that our Artist Series kits are intended for personal creative enjoyment. We do not offer refunds based on the inability to use the artwork for commercial ventures, as the commercial rights are not included in the sale of any physical kit.
4. Standard Kits (14-Day Returns)
For non-customized, standard kits:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, your kit must be unused, unopened, and in its original artistic packaging (including all paints and brushes in their sealed state).
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our designated facility.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your ritual is interrupted by a damaged canvas, dried pigments, or missing components:
- Please contact us at service@clyviemuse.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
- We will arrange a Priority Replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Stripe/PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
