At Clyvie Muse, we uphold the highest standards of artistic integrity. Each collaborating artist warrants that their submitted work is their own original creation and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Clyviemuse Limited disclaims all liability for any copyright disputes arising from an artist's plagiarism or unauthorized use of third-party assets. In the event of an infringement claim, the contributing artist shall be solely responsible for all legal consequences and shall indemnify our atelier against any resulting losses. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism.

No. All artworks in our Artist Partnership Series are protected by international copyright laws and are intended for Personal Use Only.

By completing the ritual, you are creating a masterpiece for your own sanctuary or as a thoughtful personal gift. You may not resell the finished painting, use the design for commercial merchandise, or claim the original composition as your own. Each stroke honors the original artist's vision—let’s keep the ritual sacred.

Absolutely. Our rituals are designed for souls at any stage of their creative journey. The numbered guidance ensures a meditative and successful experience, while the premium materials allow you to achieve a professional, gallery-quality finish regardless of prior experience.

Your bespoke box contains everything needed for the ritual:

The choice of size depends on the desired level of detail. Larger canvases (e.g., 50x70cm) allow for more intricate pigment transitions and a more striking presence on your wall. For portraits or highly detailed memories in our Bespoke collection, we recommend choosing a larger format.

For custom rituals, high-resolution photos with clear lighting work best. Avoid heavy filters or blurry backgrounds. Our curators manually optimize each photograph into a numbered map to preserve the soul of your memory.

Preparation: 2-4 business days.
Transit: Europe (5-9 days), North America (7-12 days), Oceania (8-14 days).

We ship globally. No additional duties apply for Europe (under €150), USA (under $800), and Australia (under $1,000). For Canada and other regions, customs may apply depending on local thresholds.

We provide 20% extra pigment. If you still require more, we offer a one-time complimentary refill service within 6 months of purchase to ensure your masterpiece is completed.

Returns are accepted for standard, unopened sets within 14 days of delivery. Custom rituals or those already started cannot be returned. For more information, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy
