Intellectual Property

Do I retain the copyright to my original artwork?+
Absolutely. You remain the sole owner of your original masterpiece. By partnering with us, you only grant Clyvie Muse a non-exclusive license to adapt your work into our format.
Who is responsible for the copyright of collaborative works?+
At Clyvie Muse, we uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism. Each collaborating artist represents and warrants that their submitted work is their own original creation and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property.

Clyviemuse Limited disclaims all liability for copyright disputes arising from an artist's unauthorized use of third-party assets. In the event of an infringement claim, the contributing artist shall be solely responsible for all legal consequences and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our atelier against any resulting losses, damages, or legal fees.

Earnings & Recognition

How does the royalty structure work?+
For every ritual set sold featuring your design, you receive a pre-agreed percentage as a royalty. Payments are issued quarterly, accompanied by a detailed sales report.

The Creative Adaptation

How is my art transformed into a kit?+
