Track the journey of your ritual. Whether your kit is being drafted in our atelier or is currently in global transit, you can find its status below.

1. Check Order Status

For newly placed orders or pending dispatch

Enter your Order ID (found in your confirmation email) and Billing Email to see if your order is still processing or being drafted.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If you have received your Tracking ID (e.g. YT123456…), use our global partner portal for real-time international updates.
